Simply visiting the site stores no data about you. We only process personal data when you take action yourself, for example when you book a call or contact us. ## 1. Visiting the website (hosting) The website is delivered through the Amazon CloudFront content delivery network; the files are stored in Amazon S3 in the AWS region Frankfurt (eu-central-1). The provider is Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (AWS), with whom we have a data processing agreement. To transfer the page to your browser, AWS necessarily processes your IP address, the requested address and browser and time information. Access logs are switched off; we do not store this data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and fast website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). CloudFront uses delivery servers in Europe and North America. Where data is processed in the USA, the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Amazon Web Services, Inc. is certified, and additionally on the Commission's standard contractual clauses. ## 2. No cookies, no tracking We set no cookies and store nothing in your browser. Fonts, images and all other files are loaded from our own address; no third-party content is loaded automatically. A cookie banner is therefore not required. The only exception is booking a call through Google, which you start yourself with a click (section 3). ## 3. Booking a call through Google Calendar Under "Show free slots" you can book a call with us. Google's booking page is loaded in a dialog only after your click; no connection to Google is made before that. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and browser information and may set its own cookies. The details you enter there (name, email address, optionally a message) are passed by Google to our calendar so that we can create the appointment and send you an invitation with a Google Meet link. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis for loading the booking page is your consent given by the click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); for processing your booking details it is the preparation and performance of the call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your appointment details stay in our calendar until the call has taken place and no follow-up is needed. Details on Google's processing: policies.google.com/privacy . If you prefer not to use Google, you can reach us by email or phone at any time. ## 4. Contact by email or phone When you write to us or call, we process your details solely to handle your enquiry and a possible collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; for general enquiries our legitimate interest in answering them, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention period applies; for business correspondence that is usually seven years. ## 5. Links to other websites Links to external sites, such as LinkedIn, transfer no data while you view our website. Only when you click a link do the privacy terms of that site apply. ## 6. Your rights You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, use the contact address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde): Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at . ## 7. No obligation to provide data, no automated decisions You can use this website without providing personal data. For a booking or an enquiry we only need the details required to respond.
